How does the manual payment verification work?

After you checkout, you will receive a UPI QR code. Make the payment and upload your Transaction ID. Our admin will manually verify it within business hours and grant you access to the download.

What are your support hours?

Our support hours are 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM IST. Verification of payments typically happens within 1-2 hours during these times.

Do you offer instant delivery?

No, to ensure security and prevent fraud, all purchases are subject to a strict manual verification process. Deliveries are processed after the payment is verified.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept UPI payments via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI-enabled applications.

How will I know when my payment is approved?

You will receive a notification in your customer dashboard and your order status will change from 'Verification Pending' to 'Approved'.

Where do I download my purchased project?

Once your payment is approved, you can download your project directly from the 'My Orders' section in your dashboard or via the digital receipt.

Do you provide refunds?

Refunds are only issued in the event of a duplicate payment, a seller technical issue, or if an order cannot be fulfilled. We do not offer refunds for successfully verified and delivered digital products.

Will I receive an invoice/receipt?

Yes, once your payment is approved, a professional receipt containing your Invoice Number, Receipt Number, and Transaction ID is generated automatically.

What happens if my payment is rejected?

If your payment is rejected (e.g. incorrect transaction ID), you will be notified with the reason. You can contact support at vinitchakane@gmail.com for further assistance.
