Because CodeMarket provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, our refund policy is extremely strict.

No Refunds After Successful Purchase

Once your payment has been manually verified and the digital product download link is made available to you, we do not issue refunds under any normal circumstances.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following specific conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the exact same order due to a network glitch.
• Order Cannot Be Fulfilled: If the admin rejects your payment verification but the money was deducted from your bank, the transaction will automatically be reversed by your bank within 3-5 business days. We do not hold unverified funds.
• Seller Technical Issue: If the provided zip file is completely corrupted and our support team cannot provide you a working copy within 48 hours.

Manual Verification Explanation

We do not offer instant downloads. All payments are manually verified by our team. If you submit a fake transaction ID, it will be rejected. If your payment is rejected, you will not receive the project.
